What is a "form number" on a yard machines mower and where do I find it?

Where do I find the "form number" on a yards machine push lawn mower?

I was just looking to download the manual, because I can't find the where I put the physical manual, but when I put the model number and serial number I get seven results, each one of them has a different "form number" . I have no idea what that is, and where to find it.

Most likely each manual is in a different language or multi language versions.

IF you post the model and serial I could go to MTD site and see what is up.

Then I could post an answer if I can get back in.
