Weed identification thread?

I searched but didn’t find one. Mods please move if this isn’t the correct forum.
This weed is vine like, spreads under the surface, and is affected by broadleaf killer.
I would like something more targeted at this weed. I’m in the northwestern US.
Any help appreciated.
