i have a 36 inch walk behind pull start belt scag. the electric clutch for the blades worked just fine before i changed my motor out. i tested everything i could and have found that the wire for the magneto is only producing 8.5 volts. the motor runs great but seems to not be enough to run the clutch. any advise? i checked switch its good. and like i said only a week prior it ran blades fine until motor change i went from a single cylinder Kawasaki to a twin cylinder Kawasaki that came off the same exact type mower. i also checked air gap on clutch its good. any help would be great.thank you all!
