Hey all,
I picked up a Victa lawnkeeper v40 (OHV 4stroke) from somewhere awhile ago. It started but had a knock to it. I opened case and piston rod arm bolts were nearly falling out so i tightened up, checked timimg, all seemed fine and turns easily. Re-placed case. checked for compression, check spark, fuel air.
Now it wont start, at all. Ideas???
