Valve seat came out of head on b&s 18.5hp 500els how do you put it back in

Usually its a new head required but you can sometimes get away with fitting the seat and using a centre punch, hit around the
edge of the head to lock the seat in.
It might work or it might not.
If the seat is out then its usually due to overheating.
