Hi all. I'd like to sell (locally) a Craftsman zero turn, 22HP B&S, ELS V-Twin, ZTS 7500, 50" that I recenty acquired, but I'm trying to come up with a fair price for me & whoever buys it. I want to sell it quickly, but don't want to give it away and don't want to part it out.
The mod. # is 107.277741
Here is what I know is wrong with it: I have the deck, but it's off, no blades, electric clutch is off (I have it, but don't know if it work$ $$), left armrest torn (rest of seat good), switch is missing for PTO?, may need battery, tires are good, engine runs good.
The previous owner told me the following: It was on his property when he bought it. He couldn't get it to move, so he hired someone to "fix" it. They took the deck & electric clutch off etc....,but never got it going. He got tired of paying them because it was dragging on and they wern't fixing it.
I like to sell as is (I want to buy a vintage lawn tractor) because I don't have a lot of free time to try and fix it. However, if the value would go up significantly, I'd guess I'd try and repair it. If it needs an elec. clutch, I know that can be pricey.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill
