Used purchase - Exmark 708 or Kohler ZT720 engine

Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase a used Radius S model with 52" deck. I have found two within reasonable distance. One is a 2020 model with the Exmark branded 708cc engine and 160hrs. The other is a 2017 with the Kohler ZT720 Confidant and 193 hours, for about $1800 less. Both look to be in very nice shape. Is there a reason to avoid either one?

Thanks. Any concerns about durability or performance from either one? I think the rated power is 20hp for the Kohler and 24.5hp for the 708. Is 20hp adequate for the 52" deck for typical mowing applications? I'll be mowing 2 acres of mostly flat, somewhat bumpy yard.

i retired from an exmark dealer as a tech. the 708 did hold up well, no real issues
