Unable to start mower after powerwashing

After powerwashing my Simplicity Landlord tractor last weekend I was unable to get it started.. I thought it needed to dry out and I left until this morning, on the charger, and it still won't start... when I was trying to troubleshoot it I found a wire loose but don't know where its supposed to plug into .. I see a multiplug with three possible connections but not sure which one to try. I tried to match up by color but the two outside ones are both red, like the loose wire. I tried to connect it to each one but got nowhere... I didn't try it to the middle one which is a different color but wanted input from anyone who can help... Thanks

Geoff
