I have a model LZAS27KC524 ser 854726 and no owners manual.. I want to top off the steering fluid .. Older one took synthetic 15-50..Is it the same ?

15W50 will work, but you will have to change your change intervals from every 500 hours to every 250 hours. Here is a manual which should help you, pages 35-36.
