Two Way Tractor Tool: Simple DIY

TWO WAY TOOL: This tool works on my Craftsman DYT 4000 - 24 HP Intek. The sketch can be revised to fit your mower. Originally developed to help pull the flywhweel (100 ft lbs), it morphed into a blade removal aid. The red head is off a bent T post. If the SK is hard to read I'll scan it. Let me know. No fiddling adjustment is required to remove or install blades.

Today I was using the two- way tool and remembered it's really a three-way. Big gnarly chunks of "adobe" grass stuck to underside of the deck can be "speared" and pried off if you use the T-post arrow head or equivalent-very handy. :smile:

I'm sure glad you didn't see the black wal marts I used for years. Fram is an upgrade for me. But you should share some detail. My beast is 400 hours old. :wink:
