Turf Tiger 2 leveling problems

I recently purchased a new Turf tiger 2 and the deck was a little off. After leveling the deck I've noticed i can't lock the deck up in transport mode. Any help would be great.

I would be very interested in knowing if your problem is not something beside the deck causing the issue. I have three Tiger Cats and the only time we have ever experienced a problem with something being unlevel it came up being air pressure in the tires.
