This mower had set for a while because the engine is hard to turn over, it has a briggs engine modell 31c707(17.5hp.), i reset the valves to .004 it crank and backfire with heavy black smoke. Drain oil and refresh because it had gas in the oil. Now it cranks but back fires through carb. with flame. Any suggestions.
