It is running fast and the manual throttle control is not having any effect. It appears the cable is moving the lever that is visible in the engine back and forth but the engine continues to race. This is after I noticed flames from the exhaust and the muffler glowing red. The tractor had actually been running slow and the throttle could not speed it up. Any insight would be appreciated thanks.
