troybilt pony belt tension

I just replaced the drive belt on my pony riding mower. The drive belt is loose and need to how how to adjust the tension on the belt?:confused2:

I have a Troy-Bilt Super Bronco and the drive belt on mine is loose when the variable speed pedal is in the neutral position. Does your mower have a variable speed pedal, multi-position gear selector or something else?
