Both cylinders have spark, cleaned the carb, but that’s about all i can do. I don’t know how to adjust the valves and the engine is a chinese 679cc. There are zero videos about it on youtube. And it has compression because i used a tool to do it although i don’t know if k used it correctly. I would hope maybe it’s carb but it runs pretty well with one cylinder but it barely has power to even turn on the blades.
the carb costs about 200 dollars even though it was made in the deepest part of china??? Bs

Anyways any help would be appreciated

Model number is 13AJA1BZ066

run a compression test on each cylinder using a compression tester. If they are both close to the same expect it could be a bad spark plug or carbon fouled plug.

Compression test may no tell you. If it has a push rod of you will still read compression. Pull the valve cover off and see if the push rods are still how they are suppose to be.
