Troy-bilt Super Bronco 13AQA2KQ011 (2016)

I am replacing the drive belt.
I removed the front deck belt pulley but I have no clue on how to remove the drive pulley.
It has retainers on three sides of the pulley that do not allow the belt to be removed or the new belt to be installed.
I have searched but nothing helpful comes up. Some comments for other mowers suggest removing the motor. Seems a bit unnecessary.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Most time these are rust seized to the crankshaft.

Two options when they seized. One is to unbolt the engine so move it around and install the belt. Or two remove the engine, heat the pulley, remove it with a puller, and install a new pulley after cleaning off the rust and applying anti seize compound.

Don't bend the belt guides to install the belt as once bent they tend to break off.

By looking at your picture if you removed the four bolts from the bottom of the engine it should let it slide back enough to change the belt.
