I purchased a Troy Bilt Pony 17.5 HP riding mower from Lowes a April 2013. it has worked perfectly up until a week ago. it will not start! There is no click when turning the ignition, nothing. It is as if one of the safety switches is engaged and the electrical system is not working properly. Using a multitester I checked the battery 1st. It barely had a charge so I replaced it with a brand new battery and still the same issue. I called a Pony authorized dealer (per Lowes suggestion) and they thought its sounded like a blew a fuse. I checked the 20 amp fuse located under the battery with multitester and it appeared to be blown so I replaced it. Still didn't fix the problem. All wires and springs, etc... appear to be in good working condition. Any suggestions? And yes, I have made sure there is gas, the mower is not engaged, etc....

Thanks.

Check all wiring and connections, hands on, making sure everything is tight and secure. Check ignition switch plug back of dash as well as all other switches. Page 92 no start symptom.

I checked all of the connections and everything seems tight and secure. I didn't have this before, the model # 13WN77KS011 (Troy Bilt 17.5 HP Pony Riding Mower 42". DOM = 3/2013. The only fuse I could locate is just under the seat. Are there more that I have yet to discover?
