On a Troy Bilt Flex power unit the cable that goes from the handlebar to engage the drive mechanism keep slipping out of the slot in the pulley each and every time it is engaged. This belongs to my neighbor who purchased it used. It looks in very good condition but he can't use the mower because it keeps coming apart. Is this an inherent problem? Is there a Manufacturers fix? Any help is greatly appreciated.
