Trouble with discharge

I have a 60" deck, 30 hp. Lazer Z. New Blades, and I had the deck powder coated to help with the grass sticking.
The grass builds up under the deck until it either stalls, shudders and spits out or I shut off the blades and let the clumps fly.
Is there anything I can do?

There have been many attempts and remedies(including myself trying several teflon-based products) to make the underside of decks equate to a "non-stick" surface and I've not heard of or found anything that actually works. The most prominent urban legend is spraying Pam on the belly of the deck...does NOT work!!!! I've heard(but not tried) having the deck belly painted with Emron(airplane paint) may work but due to EPA restrictions that's not normally something you can do as a DIY project. Apparently you have discovered that powder coating doesn't work either. Adding a mulch kit to my Gravely helped significantly, but there is still "some" buildup" that has to be removed after mowing(considerably less than when I was side discharging. Good luck, and if you find something that actually works please post that solution!!!!!

P.S.
The common recommendations are(1)Never mow when there has been rain within the last 48 hours; (2) never cut more than 1/3 the total height of the grass(i.e. if grass is 3" tall cut with the deck set at 2"); (3)adjust the discharge chute to allow more clippings to be discharged and (4)install Gator or similar blades that cut the clippings finer.
