I have recently purchased a 1980 Cushman Front Line zero-turn 60" with a 18hp OMC horizontally opposed 2 cylinder air-cooled gasoline motor. I assumed finding parts would be tricky, but it's worse than I thought. Does anyone know of a site that would have parts for it (tried ebay). The parts I am particularly interested in are the rear main seal, and the clutch to activate the blades. A carb kit and air filter would also be immensely helpful. Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated. (images of parts and serial numbers below)

Give these guys a call. Tieco Inc. Ph. 334 834-3705 in Montgomery Alabama. They use to handle Cushman. They might at least steer you in the right direction if they no longer handle Cushman? I don't know any contacts there any longer. Have your model number handy.

That is a casting number I believe, not the engine model number.

Hello...I know your posting is old but I have a 1984 Cushman Frontline and I need a PTO clutch too. I was wondering if you found one for your Cushman or if you came up with another solution? My car mechanic said he can convert this to a electric clutch but I'd rather keep it as is to avoid any complications from a conversion. Could you please tell me what happened with your Cushman and if you have any suggestions? Thank you, Remo in Cincinnati

Thank you very much for replying with the links to the manuals. I have the manuals and the mechanic can refer to those when planning to convert to an electric PTO, but I'm hoping to hear from someone who's already converted or has an idea on how to deal with the hydraulic clutch that's in place.

You already have an electric PTO. Look through the parts and you will find an electric PTO. It ataches to the engine and turns the PTO shaft that is attached to the deck.

I also have a Front Line Model 898804-8610 that needs a PTO clutch. The machine has been a real workhorse and I hate the thought of parking it over the PTO clutch. Any suggestion on where I can find either the kit #883613 or Clutch Assy # 545644? If not, any retrofit suggestions? Thanks for any glimer of hope!
