Here is my story. I have a Honda HRR2169VKA self propelled walk behind mower. I was taking apart my mower and cleaning and needed to take off the transmission assembly and sand the drive shaft. Well I opened the transmission box and all this fluid came out. It appeared to be Honda motor oil. I read online that if you were to open that to refill it to max capacity with 10W-30 Honda motor oil. I did this but just want to make sure that this was correct. I made a mistake by opening this and I want to make sure that I'm not going to ruin anything. Here is the picture I took before I opened it. Please help or not help if I did it right.

your local Honda dealer should have fluid
