I was checking my hydraulic fluid in my Cub 50" ZTR, and it was a little dark in color, not real dark, but dark enough that I pulled all of it I could get out with a suction gun and refilled it the Cub Cadet hydraulic fluid. I havn't done this for around 3 years and was wondering how often this should be done. I bought this mower off of the home owner when I bought the house and did not get a manual for it!
Should i try to drain the hydraulic drive units when I do this, or is pumping the old fluid out and refilling the reservoir all I really need to do?
