I have a question regarding my Toro (Tecumseh) TNT100-10083E engine. So, I know according to an employee of Ed's Mower & Saw Shoppe that the recommended operating speeds of this engine for satisfactory performance are a minimum of 2800 rpm and a maximum of 3200 rpm.
The real question is: 3000 rpm is in the middle of 2800 rpm and 3200 rpm, however, if I set to the minimum recommended speed that is 2800, would that work for me in terms of high torque capability?
Thank you,

I am unaware of an adjustment on the carb. Even if you can, run it up to the max. You will have better cutting and bag filling.
