new toro, when I engage PTO mower blade will come of about 80% of time. New PTo installed newe belts, new idler, new spring. anyone else have that problem. deck is level. PTO is engaged in driveway.

Not sure what you mean. You have a mower with an electric pto switch, and some of the time the pto won't kick in?
Post the model numbers off of the tag on your frame so we know what you have.
