Toro Timemaster

I purchased the Toro Timemaster about last year. This year I noticed it periodically stops cutting. The blades are moving but not cutting, and then it sounds like the engine hits another gear and it starts cutting, has this occurred with anyone?

I purchased the Toro Timemaster about last year. This year I noticed it periodically stops cutting. The blades are moving but not cutting, and then it sounds like the engine hits another gear and it starts cutting, has this occurred with anyone?

My guess is if it's not cutting you need to replace the BBC (Blade Brake Clutch) belt.
