After starting the TORO Timecutter mower, and after moving the motion control levers inward, the automatic brake does not disengage. However, when I carry out the steps for manually pushing the mower, I hear the Automatic brake disengage and I can push the mower. After undoing the manual pushing procedure, the automatic brake re-engages, as I presume it should. Why is the brake not disengaging when I move the levers inward? thanks for any help
