Repairs Toro Super Re-Cycler 6.75 B&S 20039 - Starts w/cord, not by Key

Unit starts when pulling cord, but not my electric start. Units has new ignition module(coil,magneto) and plug. Battery new. Runs fine when started. Any ideas?

Fuse blown? Wire off ignition switch, starter motor or cable switch?
Bad connection?
You need to start checking easy things 1st. Its not a complicated system.
