Toro self propelled mower smoking badly but running fine?

Hi Guys,

Toro 22" self propelled mower seems to run fine, but has constant light blue smoke from exhaust...checked oil and it's right on the "Full" mark. I suspect a ring problem, and if this is the case can it be fixed, or is it cheaper to replace the motor?
Thanks for any help. BTW...this just started happening.

Model number of mower and engine. It will be very hard to fix if we do not know that.

This is a Briggs and Stratton 190cc motor on a Toro self propelled personal pace mower.

The numbers on the engine are:

7BSXS.1901HV 277315

Hope these are the numbers you need?
