Don't you know that due to the government shut down, there are things causing many problems. Our ESP is blurry, spy satellites are off limits, and even my eyesight is being effected. I have been working on Toro's for the last thirty years and I'm sorry I can't help you. Why? Because I don't know your mower. How old is it? Does it have a steel deck? Does it have an aluminum deck? Is it a 3 speed model? Is it a variable speed model? Is it a personal pace model? I could continue. If you would provide us with more info, we just might be able to help you. What would help us the most is if you would post your mowers model and serial numbers.
