Toro lx460 top deck belt keeps falling off.

Hi there, every time I disengage the blades my top belt falls off. Please look at this short video, is there supposed to be so much play right here? I can't find a part that would resolve this. youtu.be/_3M63bNJ8kE. You have to type the http in front of that. Thank u
