Will it blow fuses if the regulator is putting out 14.7 volts? Kawasaki engine about 6 yrs old.

Voltage output has very little to do with blowing fuses. I would be looking for a frayed or shorted wire. Which fuse is blowing? Include the model and serial numbers of the unit when posting back. Look under the seat for them.

The Toro O turn 5060 mdl 74641 SN314000001. All of the wires look OK. It's the 25 amp fuse in the charging circuit .

99% of electrical problems can not be solved by eyesight. Wires and components look good, but have internal problems. I have no idea of you electrical troubleshooting skills, but one of these manuals may help you out. May not be your exact unit, but the troubleshooting procedure will be the same.

Also to just you know that the 14.7 is within the service limit of 15 vdc as long this is at full throttle..
