Toro 22" mower problems, Need help

I have a toro 22" personal pace mower with a briggs and stratton 128T02-3125-B1 motor. It ran fine the first year now when I try to use it, it doesnt start. When it does start the mower surges then shuts off. To get it to start and run I have to pull the carb apart and clean it. Once its cleaned and back on the mower it fires right up within 2 pulls and runs great all day. The following week when I try to use it the same thing happens again. Im in S. Florida so I mow all year at least 2 times a month. I use stabil in the fuel and ethenol free fuel. Any ideas?

Try changing the needle and seat in carb. Only cost about 5 bucks , and if you don't know how to you can look it up on you tube. Good luck

Adjust the high and low screws on the side of the carb. it might help the surging problem.

Clean the carb again making sure all jets are clean, take off the fuel tank and clean that out, if you are happy that its clean, do it again..! fit a fuel filter in line, and your good to go..
