hello i’m new here, i have what i know isn’t a 20465 but it is a very similar model, the sticker is un readable unfortunately. so any help with what model it is would be great! i got it running and it starts on the first pull but it won’t go in to neutral so there’s no stopping it while running. i’m decent at fixing small engines but new to messing with lawn mower transmissions. any help would be greatly appreciated!
Two things come to mind very quickly. Belt is not on properly or drive cable is too tight. Take a look at this manual and identify which tranny system you have. If you can’t figure it out post back with pictures of what you have so we can identify your unit. https://www.toro.com/getpub/22446
