Hi folks, this is my first post. I have two Toro 20330 22-inch self propelled Recycler mowers. Both mowers seem to have the same Briggs and Stratton 190cc engine. I've had one for several years and runs really nice. A friend recently gave me another seemingly identical Toro, a 20330 also, but the engine runs at a noticeable higher and uncomfortable speed. What can I do to lower the engine speed to the level of my first mower? Thanks in advance.
