Export thread

I recently aquired a Toro Super Recycler 20058, it runs / cuts great and I could not be happier.

However, during my spring tune-up I discovered that the previous owner crossthreaded one of the blade attachment nuts...ruining the bolt.

Anyone familiar with how to access the bolt for replacement? Do I simply remove the crank bolt and then everything will drop free?

Diagram...talking about part #18...these are the bolts that hang down that secure the blade. Thanks.
