the mower is a 21" self propelled with rear bagger. there is where the problem is. for some reason the rear bagger doesn't have any place for the 2 hook to latch onto. am I missing parts off the mower? I know this isn't rocket science but they don't mow grass on the space station.
any help is appreciated.

The bag gets hooked at the very top on the handle bracket. Open the back lid fully and you’ll find a slot on each side next to where the handle attaches.
I see the indents which is where I would have guess the hooks went but for some reason the bag frame is smaller and won't stay in place. maybe it is bent?
