Hello I just found this forum. Hoping for some advice.

I fixed up an old mower that was at my mom's work for my new house. It's a Toro 11-38 Pro Model 57365. I went on the maiden voyage cutting the lawn this week and it went great until I smelled a slight burning and lost power to the rear wheels.

I believe the slip disk clutch burnt up the pads. I can't see any pad left to be honest. I was hoping to replace with some similiar sized pads off amazon but I can't seem to figure out how to take it apart any further. The diagram online just shows a woodruff key. I don't see that. It looks like I need a special tool or something. Can someone please advise? Thank you!

Thank you for the reply.

This doesn't help me. Maybe I'm missing something but I am not sure how to remove the top section Part 22# clutch plate.

Do you know how I remove this?
