I am attaching a picture of the very very basic governor assembly on this mower. It is a B&S 10T802 engine. After cleaning everything out, the mower is running MUCH better but the governor doesn't step down from wide open after starting. It just stays on WOT which is no good. I'm not sure what the problem might be as I'm still pretty new to small engine repair stuff. Does anyone have any advice to get this thing going again?IMG_20160710_092335.jpg

And, as usual with stuff like this, as soon as I posted, I was able to figure out what the problem was. The small plastic triangle had moved from its correct orientation during the disassembly. It needed to be rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise. The mower now starts and runs like new.
