To Blow Or Not To Blow?

Hi guys, new to the board here with a question. For mowing I just replaced my Ford 3000 that has a 72" Woods finish drag behind rear discharge, with a Bad Boy CZT 60" Commercial zero turn. I'm not happy with the side discharge. I have to admit, sometimes I don't mow as often as I should, with the longer grass (not real longer) I get a lot of build up of cut grass where I can't mow in circles and throw the grass in one direction. I'm mowing about 5 acres, mostly flat with a lot of trees.

The question.. Is the mulching kit that blocks off the side discharge the answer to my problem? and what kind of cut will I get if I do? .. Thanks Ray

By sometimes not mowing as often as you should you will get a terrible cut by attempting to mulch. Mow every time it grows an inch to 1-1/2" and mulching with discharge blocked may be acceptable but no guarantees.
