Easiest way I have found to do this is to cut/remove the old tire, get a new tire, put it in a microwave for 45 seconds and it will be hot and flexable enough to slip on the rim.

You could also try putting some liquid soap on the tyre and rim to help it slide on. They can be a bastard to fit, have fun :smile:
