I just checked my Timemaster and the left side blade is cutting at 4" and the right side is cutting at 4 1/2" when the mower is set to 4 1/4".
Does anyone know how this can be adjusted?

Please post the model and serial number for your unit. Toro had two different setups depending on the year it was built. Second, how are you measuring cutting height?
