I would like some help in figuring out how many volts the battery is running at low idle, half throttle, and full throttle. Also, what is the resistance with the PTO clutch engaged? (Please include the resistance for all settings mentioned above.)

Can't help you without more info. What engine do you have, post model numbers. Clutch resistance is very hard to find, as we don't know what brand you have and most manufacturers don't post resistance charts. Also, voltages will vary, depending on the level of charge in the battery and the size of the charging system.

Fully charged battery voltage 12.6-12.9 VDC
Engine running at half throttle or higher 14.1-14.5 VDC
Engine not running, keyswitch off, PTO electrical connector disconnected, check clutch coil resistance with an Ohmmeter. Should be 3.2-3.9 Ohms across the clutch terminals, and infinite reading from either terminal to ground.
Resistance cannot be checked with the machine operating, only voltage and amperage. Amperage draw testing is not recommended for those not skilled in electrical troubleshooting.
