Underground phone cable near my house hit by the county ditch mower. Belongs to Frontier. Can't get a human being on the phone or on their chat feature. When my landline and 50 others craps out maybe they will care.

@Hammermechanicman Thank you for calling Frontier tech support where we will put you on hold for at least an hour, and then blamef you for your phone being out but then will send out a field tech in 2-3 days who will find the problem, repair the wires and then ziptie an orange garbage back over the wire bundle, because we are too cheap to replace the pedistal.
