Thinking of trading in my Ariens 1534 for a walk behind hydro

I currently have an ariens 1534 zoom ZTR that i have used since about 2006 at our old house and new house and love it. But at our new house with its slightly smaller yard and layout is starting to cause my mowing patterns to become too consistent and i am really starting to get mower tire tracks embedded in the grass. I am also wearing out the grass in my turn around areas. The ariens rear tires are pretty narrow, plus my 250# does not help. Although i am hesitant, i am thinking that i should trade out to a walk behind hydro drive mower. Thoughts? I have heard that some people have managed to mount larger tires. Thoughts?

What does anyone think i could sell the ariens for? Its in really good shape. And finally what would be good reliable walk behind in the used market?
