Hello,
I used my lawn mower no problem last year. This year, first start with primer then stop. I repeat many times, always the same thing.
What does it mean and what can I do?

Sounds like you have water in your fuel. Try this, carefully remove the bolt at the bottom of the carb. Try not to remove the float bowl. Let fuel run out for about 30 seconds. If you have something to catch it, that would help. Clean the bolt ports. That is also the main jet and reinstall. If you catch the fuel look to see if you have bubbles of water in the bottom. Try to restart.

I was able to make it work. After a start, I keep priming the gas and finally was able to run by itself.
I was able to cut my lawn. I will do what you suggested and use new clean gas for now.
Thank you.

Yes, good clean fuel will put you on the right track. I would also add a fuel additive for the next few tanks. I prefer SeaFoam, but there are others. Good luck
