I was given a lawn boy mower with a Tecumseh motor on it. The lawn mower did not have a carb on it. I installed a Hipa carb and it runs good, with the exception of running lean at idle and rich at full speed. I can adjust the main jet to richen it up then I have to lean it out to run full speed. I can not find any other adjustment on this carb. No pilot circuit, no idle mixture screw. What am I missing?
