Tecumseh 6.5 hp engine help

I got a go kart with a 6.5 HP Tecumseh engine there are a couple wires on the front of it and I'm just wondering if they are for a stator and if you can help me find a manual for the engine that would also be great.

Yes, your engine is equipped with a stator.
