Does anyone have any pictures of the spring connections on the throttle of the Tecumseh 5.5 engine? Somebody before me screwed mine around. I now have to use starter spray everytime to start it and it only runs full speed.
We've had the carb off and cleaned it although it really wasn't gunked up.

I'll try for the numbers tomorrow. It's a horizontzal on a tiller.

The manuals I've seen online show neither the linkage nor the springs which are the prime problem.

I found the linkage you need, but it's on an OHH60 that I'm getting ready to list on EBay. I'd better try to sell the complete engine. The video does show really well the parts you need though. I guess I would try a small-engine junk pile.

Do you think it's the same for a 50, 55, and 60? I think the linkage may be there just not in the right places.
