Hello all I have a tbr 30 troy built with the mtd engine it surges up and down really bad new plug all new hoses from tank to carb new carb im lost not sure whats going on with it the linkage im not 100 percent sure on but seems to be right I think the air vane may have got out of whack some how but it ran ok before I cleaned the carb so im not sure
