Got a 2008 TB20SS model that will start and run a few seconds, then die. Got it from a guy that stated it did run, but the gas lines were rotted of course. I replaced the gas lines and cleaned some sentiment out of the carb. screen, but still only runs for a few seconds after its primed. Not use to working on these type carbs....Any ideas???

Well, it's definitely the carb. I put one an old one on, and it will run good in the middle range, but will bog and die in the full run position. I don't know if a carb. kit would be worth it, or just buy a new carb. altogether....
